How It Works

Visionary Network is a simple system:

The experience is similar to that of attending a seminar. It differs in two significant ways.
1) You need travel no further than your desk.
2) Instead of you or your staff having to spend a day or part of a day away from your office, we spread the presentations into one-hourly lunch-time regular sessions.
All you require to attend is a PC with access to the internet, a web browser (internet explorer, firefox or chrome) and a PC headset.
If you don't have a PC headset then you can use a telephone instead. headsets can be purchased from Amazon, WH Smiths and many other high street outlets. Or you could nick them off your kids.
You will be emailed joining instructions before each session. These will consist of web link, an access key to the session and a telephone number for those without a headset.
Simply click the link to log on.
If you are connecting via telephone, dial the connection number on your phone
Select your connection type (Headset or phone) and you will be attending.
If the session has not yet started you will be placed in a "waiting room" until the session begins.
Each session will follow a familiar pattern:
There will be a Chair who will make introductions.
The presenter will address their slides in the normal way.
At the end of the presentation you can indicate that you have a query by pressing a raise hand button and the Chair will then invite you to ask your question.
You are able to communicate with the Chair and other delegates through a messaging system, during the presentation.
There will be pre-sessions trials so that delegates can familiarise themselves with the system. You will be notified of when these are likely to take place.
Each session is supported by an online discussion forum so that subject matter can continue to be explored.
Slides will be made available for all delegates via the discussion forum.
Delegates who are unable to attend one of the seminars will be able to access a recording of the session.
